My name is Ben, founder of Last is Fast.

As a youngster; I loved to swim, joined my local club and progressed to represent my club, county and country.

Then life took over. After many years out of the pool, I decided to return to the pool and found myself back in the deep end, loving training and competing with like-minded masters swimmers in Yorkshire. We work hard but also have great fun, encouraging and supporting each other. Whenever we reach the end of our main set, someone will shout 'Last is Fast'! This soon became our training mantra!

From this ethos, LIF swim gear was born. This exciting, new and stylish swim brand is created as an expression of style and confidence, ensuring you will always be dressed to impress! It is more than just clothing - it is a mindset for all ages swimming abilities.
